Recovery

Monday night, I checked into Chandler Regional Hospital 20 weeks pregnant with cramping. After two and a half days of ups and downs, IVs, bloodwork, bed rest, and lots of medical attention I delivered Jason (J.J.) Garrick Dial Jr. at 7:50 on Thursday morning. He lived only a short time and we treasured every moment we had with him. (Even at only 21 weeks he was perfect- just over 1 lb and 10 inches long- both grandmas swear he looked just like his father.)

I am now home and recovering. Physically, I feel pretty good and emotionally, I am taking everything one day at a time. Jason is also coping in his special way.

Many of you have offered anything at all to help us through and we appreciate all of those well wishes, love and prayers. At this time, our loving ward has taken us in their arms and wiped many of our tears. They are feeding us for as long as we need and have even cleaned our house! Once again, thank you for all of your love and care at this hard time. We are overwhelmed by the attention we have received by all of you.
