The Big M

I can't remember if it was a book or a movie or a magazine, but I read about the big "M"- motivation. And how without the big M, you pretty much can't do anything. Well, I'm finding that my big M is slacking. It might be spring break, but either way, I'm determined not to lose my momentum.

So, I think I need a support team. Here's where you all come in. I'm looking for some friends who are working on being more healthy too and would be willing to put together some sort of competition with all of us. (Either to lose weight or just be healthier or just to be competitive!)

Don't worry it won't involve money (unless we want it to) and should be pretty easy. We had a competition going at school last quarter that worked well enough for me, and all we had to do was wear a pedometer and record our weekly average for a chance at the trophy. I've also heard ideas about a point system where you get a point for every good thing you do (no soda, no sugar, exercise, go to bed before 10:30 or whatever we decide). I just need some sort of accountability to someone other than myself.

I'm in! The only problem is that my motivation tends to be chocolate...hmmmmmm....

Im in too. Ive been doing low carb eatting for a little over a month now. But now I need motavation to workout and walk everyday.
