Treadmilling

Jason's had me spooked. He told me a few weeks ago that I need to make sure to keep it fresh, or I'll plateau. Since my number one reason for treadmilling is to lose weight, I don't want that to happen! So I've been playing with the modes- boy, do those work me harder than I ever would myself! For some reason it took me a long time to realize that I might be able to get some treadmill ideas on the internet! I've spent some time this weekend looking for pointers, workouts and stuff like that to make my treadmill time more effective. Well I just found this totally cool site: www.tread20.com! It is so cool! You can buy the ebook for only $7.95 and then set 20 minute workouts on your treadmill. Wish me luck!
