(Yes, these are in order of importance.) For starters, I'm just glad to have a job in today's economy and I'm really glad I have a career that I enjoy. Is every day wonderful? Is everything perfect? NO! I work with teenagers all day, what do you think!?! But I still love what I do. I love designing lessons, I love learning new things, I love teaching and I love talking with teenagers about all of the great things we learn about. Now if that was all my job involved, life would be perfect!
I also like that my job is so trasferrable. There is no "region" for my job. I could go anywhere and find somewhere to teach. Everyone always needs teachers. Plus, my education has prepared me for so many other things- church callings, motherhood, etc. It's great real-life preparation.
