My Jelly Roll Pan: You might ask yourself, "what's that?" Well, that's what my mom always called them growing up. They're those super thin pans that are about the size of a large cookie sheet. My mom would use them to bake a big batch of brownies or broil french bread or something like that. Well for our first few years of marriage I told Jason I wanted a jelly roll pan. And my dear, sweet husband tried his darnedest to find me one but no one at any of the kitchen stores knew what he was asking for and since, obviously, I couldn't find one to show him, he had no clue what he was looking for either. Well, October of 2007 we were in Monterey at Costco and found a Cuisinart set of two small jelly roll pans and two large ones. They called them something else, I think just cookie sheets or something. Anyway, they were about $30 and Jason told me to just get them. We couldn't really afford it, but I gave in to him and listened anyway. And I have never looked back! I LOVE THOSE PANS! They are totally non-stick, they clean super easy. And I can use them for anything! Cookies, garlic bread, meatballs, dessert, ham, anything! They rock. Everytime I use them I think of my mom and I'm so glad that she taught me the value of a jelly roll pan!

What is wrong with the world? I know exactly what a jelly roll pan is at the mere mention!
